AkkoLens and Arfamex SA of Mexico City have signed a distribution agreement for the Mexican market. Arfamex will act as Registration Holder in the registration process with Mexican regulatory authority COFEPRIS. Based on the existing CE-registration, the process is expected to take up to nine months. Arfamex also distributes IOL products from Staar Surgical, Hoya and BVI.
